Quick Guide For Participants


General

Wear comfortable attire. No footwear needed during class.

Use lockers for personal belongings (locker keys provided).

Mats and props are available; feel free to bring your own.

Shower facilities and towels (sweat + bath) provided.

Water dispenser available (cups provided).

Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Latecomers may be denied entry to avoid disruption.

Membership
Membership Cycle:â

Start date chosen at purchase; renews every 4 weeks automatically.

Unused class credits expire at the end of each cycle (no rollovers)

Pausing Membership:

Free pauses included; additional pauses at $5/week.
-
Submit pause requests at least 3 working days before the desired start date.

Membership Cancellation:

Cancel by emailing enquiry@prorehab.sg at least 5 working days before the next renewal.

Early termination before lock-in period: $75 charge.

Class Reservations
Reservation Policy:

Classes open for booking 7–14 days ahead.

Valid class pack required; no walk-ins allowed.

12-hour Cancellation Policy:

Cancel at least 12 hours before to retain your class credit.

Less than 12-hour notice = forfeited credit (exceptions require medical proof).

Class Cancellation:

Classes may be cancelled if minimum sign-ups aren’t met (notifications via email).
