Illeane’s journey began with a deep passion for pole dancing, where years of teaching exposed her to the physical demands of movement, as well as the frequency of injuries and limitations that often went unresolved.

Driven by a desire to find solutions, she transitioned into the world of rehabilitation and fitness, equipping herself with the knowledge and tools to understand the body more deeply—how it moves, why it breaks down, and most importantly, how to prevent and recover from injury.

Today, as a rehabilitation and fitness coach, Illeane combines her movement background with a scientific approach to help clients rebuild strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence. Her goal is to empower individuals—whether athletes or everyday movers—to take control of their physical health and longevity.
