Charlotte’s passion for rehabilitation began with a Diploma in Nursing before she pursued her Physiotherapy degree at Singapore Institute of Technology–Trinity College Dublin joint degree programme. Her nursing experience taught her that every patient has a unique story, and that listening is just as important as treating.

She started her physiotherapy career at Woodlands Hospital, where she worked with patients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. She is also certified in Dry Needling and has completed the Myokinematics course under the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI).

Being a former competitive badminton player, Charlotte understands the frustration of being sidelined by pain or injury. She believes that successful rehabilitation is a team effort. She takes pride in building genuine relationships with her patients, providing honest guidance, consistent encouragement, and the accountability needed to help them stay committed to their goals.
